The company has over the years evolved from being a Quantity Surveying, Project and Programme Management consulting firm into an Integrated and Sustainable Human Settlements Implementing Agent. Moteko is run by qualified and registered professionals within the various segments of the built environment.

Over the years, Moteko has been involved as Implementing Agents / Turnkey Contractors responsible for a number of housing projects across South Africa’s provinces. The houses developed respond largely to the government BNG policy (Breaking New Ground) and strategy therefore contributing to the drive to achieve, e.g. heating efficiencies, water conservation and dignified housing top structures.
