mainly focuses of turnkey projects where Moteko
acts as the Implementing Agent (IA). Although
the focus is on both private and public sector
development, a majority of the current projects
are on the public sector where we are assisting
local municipalities respond to the provision of
Sustainable Human Settlement Development
based on the BNG Policy (Break New Ground) and
Strategy.
Based on the BNG Policy (Break New Ground) and
Strategy the focus and support by Moteko is on
the following government housing subsidies:
• Reconstruction and Development Programme
(RDP) Urban and Rural;
• Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme
(FLISP) / Social Housing; and
• Community Residential Units (CRU).
Although housing development projects are
unique and varied in their implementation. The

development and management, particularly for
public sector housing development.
